Foodie Friday! Rocco Dispirito's Baked Ziti!



Kicking off Foodie Friday with a favorite recipe that I made this week for the first time in ages. I've been on a bit of a cooking sabbatical of late, refusing to stand over a stove/oven in this horrible summer weather. But I've returned to it a bit, and this recipe provided two meals for us. Just had some leftovers for lunch--yum! And the cover of the cookbook is pleasant, as well!
